Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Designing of two wheeler exterior/plastics/Trims which includes the following stages

1. Sound knowledge of Body Parts/Exterior/Panels and trim design.
2. Knowledge of CAD modelling, PLM tools. Hands on experience of UG-NX/CATIA ,Team center or equivalent
3. Knowledge of FE analysis and experience in ANSYS/HYPERMESH or equivalent FE software
4. Ability to do multitasking: Testing co-ordination, Benchmarking,Dealing with suppliers
5. Knowledge on different types of materials, manufacturing processes used in Plastic design.
6. Knowledge of manufacturing guidelines and methods to overcome defects in plastic parts.
7. Application of GD&T, DFMEA, DFM etc.
