Job Title Senior QA Engineer Location Baner Pune Experience 7 Years Work Mode Hybrid 1 Day from Office Shift Timing 2 PM 11 PM Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead and mentor the QA team providing technical guidance and enforcing best practices Establish and maintain QA workflows processes and strategies to ensure efficient testing and high-quality product delivery Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables Test Strategy Planning Develop and execute comprehensive test plans strategies and test cases Identify document and manage test data requirements for various testing phases Automation Testing Design develop and maintain automation frameworks using Cypress Selenium and Page Object Model POM Integrate automated tests into CI CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality validation Write execute and maintain automated test scripts for web applications and APIs Manual Testing Perform exploratory usability cross-browser and responsive UI testing when needed Execute regression and sanity testing as part of release cycles Defect Management Identify log and track defects to closure using tools like JIRA and TestRail Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for process improvements Documentation Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation including test plans test cases bug reports and release notes Stakeholder Communication Provide application demos to business and technical stakeholders Communicate testing status risks and mitigation plans proactively throughout the project lifecycle Skills Tools Testing Tools Cypress Selenium TestRail JIRA Frameworks POM Page Object Model CI CD Jenkins GitLab CI or similar Testing Types Functional Regression Sanity Usability API Testing Soft Skills Leadership Communication Collaboration Analytical Thinking
