Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant _ Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional In this role, we're looking for candidates who will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing Oracle Transportation Management solutions for our clients. The role requires a deep understanding of transportation and logistics processes, along with expertise in Oracle Transportation Management to enhance business operations and improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate directly with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to transportation and logistics. - Provide expert guidance on OTM capabilities and best practices to optimize logistics processes. - Develop functional specifications and system documentation to support operations and optimization activities. - Lead workshops and training sessions for clients and end-users, ensuring proper understanding and utilization of the OTM system. - Develop and analyze reporting from OTM, generating insights on logistics operations and OTM system health/performance/utilization. - Stay current with Oracle Transportation Management features and enhancements to inform clients of potential opportunities for system upgrades and improvements. - Develop improvement roadmaps for OTM, including system enhancements and user adoption/capability campaigns. - Support project management activities, ensuring successful delivery within project timelines and quality standards. - Identify and diagnose issues with upstream and downstream systems, creating workplans to address data gaps Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. - Good experience working with Oracle Transportation Management or similar transportation management systems. - Good experience with end-to-end transportation for retail organizations. - Proven experience in gathering utilization, configuration, and optimization of OTM. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Experience with project management methodologies is preferred. - Familiarity with supply chain operations, logistics networks, and industry regulations. - Understanding of integration points with other enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, etc. Preferred Skills: - OTM certificatrion. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions for various user levels.
