Job Description - Job Description QA Project Manager (Manual & Automation or Techno-functional)(BFSI/Insurance/Capital Market) - Location: Mumbai - Experience: 15+ Years (Minimum 56 Years in Project Management Mandatory) - Domain: BFSI (Banking), Indian Insurance (Life/General), OR Capital Markets Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology and business transformation projects within the BFSI/Insurance/Capital Markets domain. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent project governance capabilities, and hands-on experience in managing cross-functional delivery teams. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution and closure. - Create and monitor project plans, scope, milestones, risks, and budgets. - Drive requirement gathering, functional discussions, and project documentation. - Coordinate with internal teams, business stakeholders, clients, and vendors. - Implement project governance mechanisms, reporting dashboards, and progress reviews. - Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to regulatory/compliance norms (applicable to BFSI/Insurance/Capital Markets). - Manage UAT, defect triage, change requests, and production deployment planning. - Lead cross-functional teams including developers, testers, BAs, and third-party vendors. - Drive process improvements, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Mandatory Skills - 5 to 6+ years as a Project Manager handling medium to large projects. - Strong knowledge in BFSI / Insurance / Capital Markets domain. - Expertise in SRS/BRD documentation, SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. - Hands-on experience in risk tracking, budgeting, resource planning, and governance. Good-to-Have - PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification - Experience working directly with Indian banking or insurance clients - Exposure to regulatory projects (IRDAI, RBI, SEBI compliance)
