Job Opportunity Transition Manager Food Operations IndiaA reputed international food services organization with a strong presence across metro cities in India is looking for an experienced Transition Manager Food Operations to lead the deployment of its service propositions at new or existing sites across the country Purpose of the Role To manage the end-to-end transition process for food service operations ensuring seamless handovers operational continuity and adherence to the highest service standards The role requires strong leadership stakeholder coordination and deep knowledge of food service operations Key Responsibilities Transition Planning Execution Develop and execute detailed transition plans and timelines Serve as the single point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders Ensure alignment with operational and financial goals of the bid Coordinate pre-opening activities staffing training procurement and logistics Collaborate across teams to meet operational standards Operational Oversight Oversee food operations during the transition period Monitor service quality and mitigate operational risks Ensure compliance with health safety and food hygiene regulations Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with clients vendors facility teams and regulatory bodies Own all communication and coordination during transitions Team Management Training Set clear expectations for operational readiness Deploy SOPs and provide training to F B teams until Go Live Lead and mentor the transition team to align with service standards Reporting Documentation Provide quality updates and progress reports to stakeholders Document transition best practices and lessons learned Qualifications Experience MBA or Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business Administration or a related field 8 years in food service operations with 2 years in transition project management roles Strong expertise in data analysis MIS reporting and stakeholder coordination Proven ability to handle complex multi-site transitions Solid understanding of food safety and compliance standards Strong leadership organizational and communication skills Project management skills with ability to manage timelines and deliverables Benefits Competitive salaryOpportunities for professional growthCollaborative and inclusive workplaceBe part of a dynamic team driving transformation in food services across India Apply now to lead high-impact transitions and set the standard for operational excellence
