Exp: 0-1 year CTC: 2.5 - 3 LPA Shift: 7:30 PM 5:00 AM Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation - Identify, research, and generate new leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, industry directories, and other online sources. - Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure strong potential fit. - Build and maintain prospect databases with accurate and up-to-date information. - Perform outbound activities: email outreach, connection requests, and initial nurturing communication. - Track lead generation performance and optimize strategies for better conversion. Market Research - Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target market segments. - Analyze buyer personas and map ideal customer profiles (ICP). - Generate insights on new market opportunities and emerging customer needs. - Prepare market research reports, competitor benchmarking, and strategic recommendations. - Support sales and marketing teams with data-driven insights for campaigns and messaging. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Strong research and data-entry skills with attention to detail. - Basic understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus). - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work in a collaborative environment.
