Role Summary

- Role: Sales Executive
- Experience: 0 -3 Years (preferred in the Dairy/FMCG sector)
- Location: Bangalore
- Department: Retail

Key Responsibilities

- Find new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research

by adding new Distributors, MT partners, and Channel partners.

- Achieve sales targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Present, Promote, and Sell our products/services to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Give product presentations and demos.
- Share regular reports on sales, forecasts, and customer feedback.
- Have basic knowledge of distributor operations.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
- Experience in FMCG or, preferably, the Dairy industry.
- Understanding of sales numbers and ability to read sales data.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales methods.
- Experience with retailer/distributor/agent management.
- Good financial acumen and discipline.
