Job Description We are an established import and trading company based in Vadodara, specializing in industrial pumps. As a key member of our team, you'll work directly with the business owner and manage end-to-end operations, including basic pump servicing, ensuring seamless workflows and exceptional customer satisfaction. Role Summary This role is central to maintaining operational efficiency and customer trust. You will oversee inventory management, order processing, dispatch logistics, and basic pump servicingensuring the right materials are delivered on time, with accurate documentation and proper handling. Your work will directly impact delivery reliability, service quality, and customer retention. Key Responsibilities - Receive incoming shipments, verify quality and quantity, and update stock records promptly - Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels; support inventory planning and replenishment - Prepare Sales Orders, Invoices, and E-way Bills with accuracy and timeliness - Design and produce basic labels, stickers, and envelopes for dispatch packaging - Pack materials securely, record weight and dimensions, and coordinate with couriers/transport providers - Share dispatch updates with customers via email or WhatsApp. - Perform basic servicing of AODD pumps, including dismantling, inspection, part replacement (as guided), re-assembly, and testing - Log all service activities in a service register with complete documentation - Handle after-sales inquiries professionally and coordinate timely resolutions - Maintain organized digital and physical records, including files, photos, and documents - Adhere strictly to 5S practices, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards
