What You’ll Do - Design and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads focused on conversions and growth. - Create and test high-performing ad creatives and short-form content. - Build and manage content calendars aligned with campaigns. - Monitor analytics, report results, and optimize campaigns based on insights. - Work closely with the founder to align on goals, budgets, and strategy. - Scale campaigns and revenue while enjoying 20% profit share on the results you drive.
