The role focuses on designing and enhancing the visual representation of brands across eCommerce platforms, with a primary emphasis on Amazon. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling brand narratives, creating high-quality visuals, and maintaining consistency in brand identity through engaging designs. Key Responsibilities - Create compelling Brand Stories, A+ Content, Listing infographics/images, Graphics for Banners Ads, Video Ads on Amazon. - Help create Brand Storefront on Amazon. - Help create new templates that enable faster and quality outcomes of work. - Visualize and illustrate concepts by creating/editing designs. - Maintenance of self tasks on Asana. - Communicate effectively with peers, managers, and clients to accomplish projects. - Be available for all Team Syncs and important organizational meetings. Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements) - Experience in creating compelling Brand Stories, A+ Content, and building full Brand Stores (detailed storefront builds) on an Agency working on multiple project / brand). - Strong skills in visualizing and illustrating concepts, creating/editing designs,listing graphics and other design assets, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. - Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other editing tools (After Effects, Lightworks, Premiere). - G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration. - Strong grasp of branding strategies, including brand storytelling, and how to translate brand voice into creative content. - Strong copywriting abilities for product descriptions, brand stories, and eCommerce content. Bonus Skills (A Plus For Your Application) - Experience using Jungle Scout, Asana, and Slack for project management, product research, and communication. - Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles. - Familiarity with creating SEO rich content. - Familiarity with videography and motion graphics. - Ability to mentor and guide junior team members or new hires, sharing best practices and providing constructive feedback to improve team performance. - Familiarity with using AI to develop rich content.
