Role Overview: We are seeking a  Placement Coordinator with proven experience in managing and driving placement outcomes for learners in the  Data Science and AI domains. The ideal candidate will bring expertise from an EdTech background and demonstrate strong industry connections and placement success records. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners, recruiters, and companies in Data Science, Analytics, and AI domains. Drive end-to-end placement processes for Unicus learners — from profile preparation to interview scheduling and final conversions. Track, report, and improve placement metrics and learner outcomes. Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to align student readiness with employer requirements. Organize mock interviews, placement drives, and career guidance sessions. Required Experience: 2–3 years of experience working as a Placement Coordinator or in a similar role  within the EdTech industry . Proven record of successfully placing candidates in  Data Science, Data Analytics, and AI/ML roles . Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong networking ability with corporate HRs and industry partners. Work Mode: On-site (Dilsukhnagar Office, Hyderabad) Salary: Competitive, based on experience and performance.
