Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, and manage resources efficiently. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring project timelines, safety, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site activities to ensure timely and efficient progress of work.
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications; ensure execution as per approved designs.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders on-site.
- Monitor construction work to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, material records, and progress logs.
- Conduct site surveys, level checks, and ensure layout accuracy using instruments such as total stations, auto levels, etc.
- Assist in estimating material requirements and resource planning.
- Handle site inspections with consultants, clients, and government authorities.
- Identify and resolve any technical issues or site constraints promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all site activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 2–5 years of experience in site execution and supervision (adjust based on need).
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with IS codes and relevant Indian construction standards.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in [e.g., residential buildings / highways / industrial projects / water supply projects].
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with quality checks and audits.
