The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and identifying new sales opportunities. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies. Qualifications - Strong sales and negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain client relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
