Role Description We're looking for an E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize brand presence across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing creation, catalog optimization, sales tracking, and performance reporting, along with maintaining basic accounting records for e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities - Create, optimize, and manage product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.). - Monitor and analyze sales data to improve visibility and performance. - Coordinate with design and content teams for listing creatives and descriptions. - Manage pricing, promotions, and stock visibility. - Prepare sales, expense, and performance reports using Excel. - Maintain basic accounting and reconciliation for e-commerce transactions. - Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities. Qualifications - 1+ years of experience handling e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. - Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel. - Good communication skills written and verbal. - Basic understanding of accounting and financial reconciliation. - Knowledge of marketplace algorithms and campaign optimization. - Experience in a similar agency or brand-side e-commerce role is a plus.
