Responsibilities

- Assist in coordinating delivery schedules and logistics for various projects
- Support the operations team in maintaining accurate inventory records
- Participate in quality control checks to ensure product standards are met
- Help prepare reports and documentation related to delivery operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Assist in troubleshooting any delivery-related issues that may arise
- Engage with customers to address inquiries and provide timely updates on their orders

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of supply chain management and delivery logistics is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. PowerBI and Data Analysis is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
