Job Overview: Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor with expertise in motion animations. The ideal candidate will work closely with managers, stakeholders, and the co-founder to craft visually engaging and compelling content that brings stories to life. Key Responsibilities - Motion Graphics: Create dynamic motion animations for videos, presentations, and campaigns. - Video Editing: Edit raw video footage into polished final products using Adobe Premiere Pro. - Storytelling: Develop scripts and visual storytelling concepts based on inputs provided by teams. - Collaborate: Partner with the creative, marketing, and product teams to align video projects with branding and strategic goals. - Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality. Key Skills & Requirements - Experience: 6-7 years of proven work experience in motion graphics and video editing. - Storytelling: Strong scriptwriting skills to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives. - Creativity: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics, animations, and video editing work. - Attention to Detail: Precision in editing, animation, and design to deliver high-quality outputs. - Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to feedback. - Adaptability: Perform under work pressure while maintaining creativity and meeting deadlines Software Expertise: - Adobe After Effects (Advanced knowledge of motion graphics), Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
