Job Description Social Media Executive (Night Shift) On-site, India About The Opportunity A fast-growing organisation operating in the Digital Marketing and Recruitment Marketing sector, delivering social-first campaigns and employer-branding content for B2B and B2C audiences across India. We run high-volume content programs and performance-led social campaigns that require fast execution, strong attention to platform trends and real-time community management during night hours. Role & Responsibilities - Create, schedule and publish platform-optimised short-form and static content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube according to daily briefs and content calendars. - Manage community engagement during the night shift: respond to comments and messages, escalate leads and moderate conversations to protect brand reputation. - Support paid-social campaign setup and monitoring alongside senior marketersassist with audiences, creative variants and basic performance checks. - Track key social metrics daily and prepare concise performance snapshots for campaigns and content experiments. - Collaborate with designers, copywriters and operations to iterate on creative; repurpose high-performing content for different platforms. - Monitor platform trends, hashtags and competitor activity; recommend tactical content ideas and rapid-test experiments. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have (skills & tools) - Meta Ads Manager - Meta Business Suite - Instagram - Facebook - TikTok - Canva - Google Analytics - Social Media Copywriting Preferred (nice-to-have) - Adobe Photoshop - YouTube Studio - Hootsuite Qualifications & Candidate Profile - Open to freshers and recent graduates; internship experience in social media or digital marketing is a plus. - Willingness to work strict night shift (typically 10:00 PM6:00 AM IST) on-site at an India location. - Strong written English for short-form captions, comment replies and quick reporting. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and able to follow briefs precisely.
