About The Role We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller cum Counselor who can handle high-volume calling, engage with students, and guide them towards the right course options. The role requires someone with strong communication skills, counselling ability, and consistency in daily outreach. Key Responsibilities - Make high-volume outbound calls to potential students daily. - Understand student needs and counsel them on suitable courses and career paths. - Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline. - Maintain call logs, student details, and follow-up records in the CRM. - Provide clear information about courses, centers, fees, batches, and admission process. - Ensure excellent service and maintain a positive experience for every student. - Work closely with the admissions/operations team for smooth onboarding. Requirements - Graduate in any stream. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Prior experience in telecalling/counselling is an advantage - Ability to make high-volume calls daily. - Confident, patient, and persuasive personality. - Comfortable working full-time from the office.
