Job Summary

We are seeking a CRM Manager to implement and manage the local CRM system, ensuring accurate PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) data collection and compliance. This role is also positioned as a talent pipeline for future business and sales leadership roles, making it ideal for young, high-potential professionals looking to grow in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain CRM systems for Accra BMMC, ensuring stability and efficiency.
- Validate and analyze PSI data to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company data governance policies, improving quality and security.
- Train staff on CRM usage and best practices, promoting adoption across the business.
- Support reporting and analytics to enhance operational visibility and performance.

Qualifications and Skills

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years experience in marketing or sales; background in the ceramics/tiles industry is an advantage.
- IT literacy with strong Excel/data processing skills; CRM system knowledge preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Quick learner with high resilience and stress tolerance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Sales potential and career ambition will be key selection factors.
