Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage end-to-end site activities and day-to-day execution.
- Take routine execution decisions to ensure smooth workflow.
- Review and interpret drawings; identify missing details and request clarifications when required.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely work as per schedule.
- Regularly update the Site Snap (image capturing app) in line with compliance requirements.
- Maintain and update all site execution trackers and follow SOP processes.
- Escalate major issues or delays to seniors as per SOP.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline are consistently maintained on-site.
- Conduct daily execution and quality checks.
- Implement work plans and conduct quality tests.
- Monitor material and labour usage.
- Maintain site diary with records and photos.
- Provide feedback to seniors for process and workflow improvements.
- Resolve minor issues within defined timelines or escalate as per SOP.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- Education: Undergraduate degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read AutoCAD drawings; basic computer knowledge.
- Language Skills: Basic English communication (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in an interior design firm or similar environment (preferred).
