Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend services using Node.js.
- Build responsive and modular frontend components using React.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of applications.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust solutions.
- Contribute to Java-based services as part of full stack responsibilities and cross-training.

Skills and Qualifications

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with backend development using Node.js and frontend using React.js.
- Strong JavaScript/ES6+ knowledge and experience in building APIs with Express.js or Hapi.js.
- Proficiency in React.js and component-driven development.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, SQL).
- Understanding of microservices and cloud-native architecture using Azure Functions, Event Hub, and Service Bus.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha) and TDD.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong with data structures and algorithms.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Additional Skills

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Exposure to Java and willingness to be groomed as a full-stack developer
