Job Description Role Overview 892 - Position: Specialist Affluent Client Segment - Location: Bangalore (Museum Road) - Domain: Banking / Financial Services / Insurance - Experience: 210 years - Salary: 9,00,000 20,00,000 per annum - Notice Period: Immediate 80 days - Work Mode: IC role, Alternate Saturdays (like banks) - Professionals from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) or wealth management backgrounds. Key Responsibilities - Client Acquisition & Relationship Management - Identify and acquire new HNIs/UHNIs. - Build long-term relationships and understand financial goals & risk appetite. - Provide tailored financial planning solutions. - Product Knowledge & Sales - Expertise in mutual funds, PMS, AIF, SIF. - Explain product features, benefits, and risks effectively. - Cross-sell and upsell to achieve regional sales targets. - Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis - Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies. - Develop innovative sales approaches to increase market presence. - Compliance & Risk Management - Follow regulatory and internal compliance guidelines. - Manage risk to protect clients and company interests. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Must-Haves - Asset management background. - Experience handling Mutual Fund portfolios. - Knowledge of investment products: Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, SIF. - Exceptional communication skills. - Experience dealing with HNI/UHNI clients. - NISM 5A certification (preferred). - Bangalore-based candidates only.
