About Company Our client is a leading player in the pharmaceutical industry specializing in therapeutics nutrition Ayurveda herbal health personal care baby care wellbeing and animal health products They have emerged as a strong player in the industry within a long span of time Its operations are spread across locations in India the United States the Middle East Asia and Europe Meanwhile its products are sold in 106 countries across the world An Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic brand professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and proven expertise in product branding preferably in the baby care or FMCG sector A doctor s degree is required bringing valuable insights into consumer health and product relevance The candidate should have a strong understanding of brand positioning market trends and consumer behavior They excel at developing impactful campaigns driving brand growth and collaborating effectively across teams Key Competencies Key Competencies Add Points - 1 Demonstrated ability to plan and execute strategic branding initiatives aligning with business objectives to drive brand visibility and growth 2 Proven expertise in product branding including positioning market launches and communication strategies within healthcare or FMCG sectors 3 Prior experience in building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders such as hospital administrators department heads and corporate decision-makers 4 Strong understanding of sales planning revenue generation and account-based marketing to drive business outcomes in competitive markets 5 Ability to gather and analyze market intelligence including competitor activity and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions 6 Effective collaboration skills with a track record of working cross-functionally with sales marketing and product development teams to ensure cohesive execution 7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to both clinical and non-clinical audiences in English and local languages 8 Clinical background Doctor degree required providing a unique perspective in understanding product relevance and effectively engaging with healthcare professionals 9 Strong organizational and reporting skills including the ability to track KPIs analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to senior management 10 High level of energy and motivation with a proactive approach to driving initiatives inspiring teams and overcoming challenges to meet business goals
