Role Description The Business Development Intern will play a vital role in supporting TEK-Z's growth by generating leads, conducting market research, and assisting in the identification of business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, conducting outreach efforts, and supporting sales and marketing activities. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, India. The intern will work closely with the business development team to contribute to the company's objectives. Qualifications - Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify trends and insights - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with customers and team members - Proficiency in lead generation and market research activities - Customer service-oriented mindset to address client needs and build relationships - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment - Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
