Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience is needed to manage project schedule budget issues and risks ensuring smooth communication and coordination among various departments Roles and Responsibilities 1 Coordinate project management activities resources equipment and information 2 Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes 3 Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements scope and objectives 4 Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management 5 Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise 6 Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants 7 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports 8 Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests 9 Manage risks and opportunities Skills 1 Proven 1 or 2 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator 2 Experience in project management from conception to delivery 3 Strong client-facing and teamwork skills 4 Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control 5 Experience in coordinating and managing technical projects 6 Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development 7 Proficiency in project management software tools 8 Ability to work with different levels of staff across different departments 9 BSc degree in Computer Science Information Technology or relevant field Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
