Role Overview We’re looking for a Google Ads Expert who can plan, build, optimize, and scale high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, obsessed with ROI, and able to work in a fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities - Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients. - Conduct keyword research, competitive research, and audience targeting. - Optimize campaigns for conversions, quality score, CPL, ROAS, etc. - Create compelling ad copy, extensions, and creative briefs. - Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and performance pacing. - Track and analyze data using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio. - Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies. - Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. - Collaborate with SEO, design, and content teams for end-to-end campaign success. - Stay updated with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and new features. Required Skills & Qualifications - 2 years of expereince in managing Google ads campaigns - Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax). - Experience with keyword tools, GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking setup. - Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and solve performance gaps. - Strong copywriting mindset for ad creation. - Knowledge of remarketing, custom audiences, and advanced targeting. - Certification in Google Ads is a plus (not mandatory). - Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
