Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Google Ads Expert who can plan, build, optimize, and scale high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, obsessed with ROI, and able to work in a fast-paced agency environment.Key Responsibilities- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients.- Conduct keyword research, competitive research, and audience targeting.- Optimize campaigns for conversions, quality score, CPL, ROAS, etc.- Create compelling ad copy, extensions, and creative briefs.- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and performance pacing.- Track and analyze data using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.- Collaborate with SEO, design, and content teams for end-to-end campaign success.- Stay updated with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and new features.Required Skills & Qualifications- 2 years of expereince in managing Google ads campaigns- Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax).- Experience with keyword tools, GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking setup.- Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and solve performance gaps.- Strong copywriting mindset for ad creation.- Knowledge of remarketing, custom audiences, and advanced targeting.- Certification in Google Ads is a plus (not mandatory).- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
