The Sales Officer will be responsible for sales operations, including managing customer relations, generating leads, and executing channel sales strategies. Day-to-day activities include meeting sales targets, maintaining strong communication with clients, identifying potential markets, and contributing to effective sales processes to ensure business growth. Qualifications - Proven ability in Customer Service and strong interpersonal communication skills. - Experience in Lead Generation, identifying new opportunities, and developing client networks. - Proficiency in Sales Operations and Channel Sales, with a focus on achieving sales targets and managing distribution networks. - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. - Previous experience in the construction materials industry is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
