Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Sales and Membership Pitches: Close deals, pitch paid memberships, and offer top-tier services to Shaadi.com's global and late-night members. - Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. - Product Demonstrations: Provide product information, demonstrations, and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. - Upselling/Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services that align with customer requirements. - CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. - Collaboration with Teams: Work with internal teams (e.g., technical support) to resolve complex customer issues. Desired Candidate Profile: - Experience: 1-4 years in BPO customer service, voice processing, outbound calling, or related fields. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with strong written communication skills required (especially for international or NRI calls). - Self-motivated and Independent: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with strong organizational skills. - Target-Driven: High energy, quick thinking, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets. - Qualifications: HSC or Graduate degree with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Key Skills: - Sales and Negotiation: Pitching memberships, upselling, cross-selling. - Customer Service: Handling queries via phone, email, chat, resolving issues. - CRM Management: Maintaining interaction records. - Communication: Strong verbal and written skills. - Team Collaboration: Working with internal teams to resolve issues. - Target-Focused: Meeting sales targets and customer expectations.
