Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager position based in Tiruppur. The Relationship Manager will manage and nurture client relationships, identify potential business opportunities, and offer suitable financing solutions tailored to client requirements. Additional responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, overseeing loan documentation processes, maintaining customer portfolios, and achieving sales targets. The individual will be expected to coordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and address customer inquiries effectively. Qualifications - Strong relationship management and client engagement skills with the ability to understand and meet customer needs. - Proficiency in financial analysis, credit assessment, and structuring financing solutions. - Experience in communication and negotiation, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally. - Knowledge of banking and financial products, particularly in the MSME and SME sectors. - Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets. - Proficiency in MS Office applications and relevant financial tools is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required. - Past experience in a similar role within the financial or banking sector is a plus.
