Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager position located in Bhopal. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing the company's social media presence. Daily tasks include developing and implementing content strategies, overseeing social media marketing campaigns, optimizing social media platforms, and effectively engaging with audiences. The role also involves creating and curating relevant and high-quality content, monitoring analytics to evaluate the performance of campaigns, and ensuring cohesive communication across all digital channels. Qualifications - Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) - Excellent Communication and Writing abilities - Proficiency in developing and executing effective Content Strategies - Ability to analyze social media performance and optimize strategies - Familiarity with marketing trends and audience engagement practices - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Experience with social media tools, analytics platforms, and campaign management tools is preferred
