Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is passionate about client acquisition and relationship management within the recruitment and staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term partnerships with clients, and ensuring successful onboarding and delivery of recruitment mandates. Key Responsibilities - Identify, engage, and acquire new clients by targeting CXOs, Founders, and HR Heads across industries. - Conduct online and in-person meetings to pitch recruitment solutions and close business deals. - Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha to generate and qualify leads. - Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Delivery/Account Management Team to ensure mandates are executed successfully. - Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and performance reviews. - Develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts and maximize client retention. - Prepare proposals, rate cards, and business presentations as needed. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. - Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets with a consultative sales approach. Ideal Candidate Profile - Minimum 3+ years of business development experience in a Recruitment / Talent Solutions / Staffing agency. - Proven track record of acquiring and managing corporate hiring mandates. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong executive presence. - Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers and influence outcomes. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in using CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and LinkedIn outreach.
