We partner with CXOs, Founders, and business leaders to help them make smarter hiring decisions through a data-driven and consultative approach.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Manager who is passionate about client acquisition and relationship management within the recruitment and staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term partnerships with clients, and ensuring successful onboarding and delivery of recruitment mandates.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and acquire new clients by targeting CXOs, Founders, and HR Heads across industries.Conduct online and in-person meetings to pitch recruitment solutions and close business deals.Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha to generate and qualify leads.Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Delivery/Account Management Team to ensure mandates are executed successfully.Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and performance reviews.Develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts and maximize client retention.Prepare proposals, rate cards, and business presentations as needed.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets with a consultative sales approach.Ideal Candidate ProfileMinimum 3+ years of business development experience in a Recruitment / Talent Solutions / Staffing agency.Proven track record of acquiring and managing corporate hiring mandates.Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong executive presence.Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers and influence outcomes.Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and LinkedIn outreach.What We OfferCompetitive fixed salary with attractive performance incentives.A high-growth, collaborative environment with leadership exposure.Opportunity to work directly with Founders and senior management.A culture that values initiative, ownership, and outcomes.Join us to shape the future of talent partnerships.If you’re passionate about sales, relationships, and recruitment — we’d love to connect.
