Role Overview We are looking for a Business Analyst (Field Sales) who will act as a bridge between clients, sales, and product teams. The role involves generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirement and help them for their business requirements. Key Responsibilities - Generating leads from field/social media platforms, meeting companies and pitching TeleCRM. - Conduct engaging product demonstrations showcasing Telecrm's capabilities (lead management, call tracking, WhatsApp sync, automation, reporting, integrations, etc.). - Communicate the value of Telecrm and push clients to start using the CRM. - Assist in building confidence during the evaluation stage by addressing customer queries. Desired Skills - Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to understand client requirements and map them to Telecrm's solutions. - Customer-first approach with patience and empathy. - Analytical mindset with a passion for technology and sales processes.
