We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our high-energy team

You will have a direct impact on the tooling/development cycles/testing frameworks. You'll work as part of a high-energy team that's scaling across all engineering functions. Pushing high-quality code on NodeJS, ensuring Data integrity across multiple data storages (DB/Kafka/S3, etc) while also balancing the pros/cons of speed/quality will be critical.

As part of your day-to-day work, you will

- Process data and information according to guidelines.
- Help develop reports and analyses.
- Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
- Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.
- Identify and develop data pipelines to support data standardization.
- Handle multiple sources of data, structure large data sets to find usable information, and the ability to come up with standardized schema.
- Use graphs, infographics, data dumps, cohorts, heat maps, clusters, and other methods to visualize data.

Must-haves

- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Should have various skills and qualifications that help them solve problems using large amounts of data.
- Good knowledge of databases such as MySQL (scripts, procedures, functions, indexes, relationships, schema management) and No SQL.
- Good Coding skills in languages such as Python.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques.
- Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau, PowerBI, or any other tool.
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
- Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
