We are looking for a Senior Architectural Expert in Gurugram, India at Deutsche Bahn Engineering & Consulting. Key Responsibilities: - Lead architectural design of elevated metro stations, viaducts, entry/exit structures, and auxiliary buildings. - Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and contextually appropriate. - Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and systems teams for integrated design solutions. - Review and approve architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications. - Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety norms, accessibility standards, and metro guidelines. - Conduct site visits to monitor architectural execution and quality of finishes. - Liaise with urban planning authorities and stakeholders for design approvals. - Incorporate sustainable and green building practices into station architecture. - Enhance passenger experience through thoughtful design of circulation, lighting, signage, and ventilation. - Maintain documentation of design iterations, approvals, and site observations. - Identify and mitigate architectural risks related to constructability and safety. - Support presentations and technical discussions with clients, consultants, and government bodies. Qualifications: - Graduate in Architecture - At least 15 years of Professional Experience. Profound experience in Metro Rail projects. - More than 5/3 years the General consultancy / General engineering consultancy / Project management consultancy / Independent engineers for project implementation authority for the Metro rail projects. - English knowledge is required; Knowledge of local language (Hindi) will add more value.
