Job Description About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with a strong background in finance, accounting, taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in a regular, full-time role and the ability to independently manage end-to-end financial operations for the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & Reporting - Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per statutory requirements. - Ensure compliance with IND-AS/Accounting Standards. - Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Taxation & Compliance - Handle direct and indirect taxes including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory filings. - Ensure timely submission of tax returns and statutory forms. - Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and government officials as required. - Conduct tax planning to optimize financial performance. Internal Controls & Audit - Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting policies. - Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for annual audits. - Ensure adherence to corporate governance and regulatory standards. Financial Management - Evaluate financial performance and identify improvement areas. - Assist senior management in strategic planning and financial decision-making. - Review and approve payroll, vendor payments, and expense controls. Other Responsibilities - Manage banking operations, loan documentation, and fund management. - Oversee ERP/Accounting software processes and ensure data accuracy. - Supervise and mentor junior finance staff. Required Skills & Qualifications - Chartered Accountant (CA), fully qualified. - Minimum 10 years of work experience in accounting, finance, and compliance. - Solid knowledge of GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and applicable Indian regulations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting tools. - Strong communication and leadership abilities.
