Company Description Launched in 2007 by Aloke Bajpai Rajnish Kumar ixigo Le Travenues Technology Limited is a technology company focused on empowering Indian travellers to plan book and manage their trips across rail air buses and hotels ixigo assists travellers in making smarter travel decisions by leveraging artificial intelligence The ixigo ConfirmTkt and AbhiBus apps allow travellers to book train tickets flight tickets bus tickets hotels and cabs and provide travel utility tools and services developed using in-house proprietary algorithms and crowd-sourced information With over 54 crore Annual Active Users in Fiscal 2025 ixigo is the leading OTA for Next Billion Users in India For more information please visit http www ixigo com Key Responsibilities Support Product Strategy Execution Collaborate with senior product managers to contribute to the development and execution of the product roadmap aligning with overall business goals Data-Driven Insights Analyze data and metrics to identify product opportunities and track performance contributing to data-informed decisions that enhance the user experience Customer-centric focus Engage with users to gather insights on pain points and preferences Effectively communicate these findings to the product team to support data-driven product decisions that align with customer needs Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with engineering design and business teams to support the seamless execution of product initiatives and feature launches UX and Design Partnership Collaborate with the design team to develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces that elevate the customer experience Market Research Competitive Analysis Conduct research on industry trends competitors and new technologies to keep the product offering innovative and competitive Product Lifecycle Management Participate in managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch optimization and growth Performance Monitoring Optimization Help track and monitor product KPIs identify areas for improvement and contribute to ongoing product refinement Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in product management preferably in a B2C company in the e-commerce or travel sectors Preferrably from tier 1 colleges Strong analytical and data-driven skills with experience in gathering insights from data and using them to drive product enhancements A keen eye for design with a good understanding of UX principles and customer experience design Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Proficiency in product management tools e g JIRA Trello and data analysis tools e g Google Analytics CleverTap Excel SQL Nice-to-Have Experience in the travel industry or with complex customer journeys Familiarity with A B testing user testing and funnel optimization techniques Additional Information Responsible for safeguarding sensitive company data against unauthorized access use or disclosure and for reporting any suspected security incidents in line with the organization s ISMS Information Security Management System policies and procedures
