Key Responsibilities: - Engage with BPO process owners and subject matter experts to understand workflows, process pain points, and automation opportunities. - Conduct detailed process assessments and requirement-gathering sessions to document current-state and desired future-state processes. - Prepare comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for the development team. - Collaborate closely with RPA Solution Architects and Developers to clarify business rules, exception handling, and functional logic. - Work with stakeholders to prioritize automation opportunities based on ROI, feasibility, and business impact. - Support the testing and validation of automated solutions, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing). - Ensure business alignment and track the progress of RPA initiatives against defined timelines and goals. - Identify areas for process improvement and suggest standardization opportunities before automation. - Provide post-implementation support by coordinating feedback and ensuring successful adoption of RPA solutions. - Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to RPA, automation, or BPO operations. - Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirement gathering, and documentation. - Experience in preparing PDD, BRD, and functional specification documents. - Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc. (a plus). - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality documentation within deadlines.
