This role is perfect for an analytical professional who thrives on turning data into actionable business insights and driving strategic decision-making in the fast-paced fintech environment. Key Responsibilities - Portfolio Monitoring & Analytics - Define, monitor, and create alerting systems for critical business metrics - Proactively identify trends and anomalies in portfolio behaviour and suggest solutions - Data-Driven Decision Support - Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex data insights into strategic recommendations - Support leadership in making informed decisions through robust data analysis and business intelligence - Present findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams - Issue Investigation & Solution Development - Identify root cause and conduct deep-dive analysis to investigate business/product issues using funnel analysis, conversion metrics, and other analytical techniques - Business Metrics Ownership - Take ownership of key performance indicators including Customer Retention, Utilization, and other critical business metrics - Design and execute initiatives to improve owned metrics - Ad-hoc Analysis & Campaign Support - Provide analytical support for business teams ad-hoc data requirements - Business Process Management - Partly Owning and optimizing business processes - Ensuring compliance and process adherence
