Our client is a leader in manufacturing Organic and Inorganic pigments and dispersion's catering to the Coatings, Plastics, Inks and Cosmetics Industries worldwide.

Job Description

Reporting to MD your key responsibilities include:

- Providing high-level strategic, and operational support to the MD/CEO, enabling effective decision-making & seamless day-to-day functioning.
- Improving current processes and coordinating organisational procedures for optimised efficiency and productivity
- Serving as a liaison between the MD/CEO's and internal/external stakeholders
- Overseeing strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution
- Assisting in compiling data, analysing reports, and preparing dashboards and business updates.
- Keeping track of CEO priorities and decision needs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief of Staff should have:

- B.Tech & MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes
- 4+ years of experience in strategy focused role
- Worked in a fast paced environment
- Worked with CXOs and leadership
