Role & Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and online meetings to understand requirements.
- Deliver tailored product presentations and online demonstrations to prospects.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers to drive closures.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales by managing the end-to-end sales process.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers post-sales, ensuring timely assistance and after-sales support.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Use Zoho CRM to update and track leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor offerings and customer feedback to strengthen negotiation strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Customer Handling preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Strong skills in negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving approach and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a team.
