The NRI Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our Non-Resident Indian clients, providing them with exceptional banking services and tailored financial solutions to meet their unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
- Promote the bank's NRI products and services, including investment, insurance, and savings options.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Assist clients in opening and maintaining NRI accounts, including repatriation and fund transfers.
- Provide guidance on compliance with regulatory requirements related to NRI banking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery and resolve client queries.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3-10 years of experience in banking or financial services, specifically dealing with NRI clients.
- Strong understanding of NRI banking products and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and investment advisory.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
