The Telesales Executive will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and contributing to the overall growth of the company through proactive outbound and inbound calling. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products or services over the phone, and maintaining good customer relationships. You should be an excellent communicator with persuasive skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and are passionate about sales and customer interaction.Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold call lists. Follow up on incoming inquiries and convert leads into customers. Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products/services in a clear and persuasive manner. Use consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide accurate and timely information to customers and respond to their questions and objections. Handle customer objections professionally and work toward closing sales effectively. Follow up after initial contact to maintain interest and encourage repeat business. Database Management & Reporting Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Update customer information and ensure proper lead tracking throughout the sales pipeline. Prepare daily/weekly reports on call outcomes, sales figures, and feedback from customers. Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team or manager. Product Knowledge Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and pricing structures. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments. Communicate product updates or new offers clearly and effectively to customers. Team Collaboration Work closely with team members and management to meet shared goals and improve performance. Share best practices and successful sales techniques with the team. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service roles. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive telephone manner. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Confidence, enthusiasm, and a resilient, goal-oriented approach to work. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good listening skills and the ability to handle rejection positively.
