Job Role - Import Export Executive

Job location- Bengaluru (Onsite)

CTC - Rs. 40,000 per month

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Export Executive - Documentation located in Bengaluru. The Import Export Executive will be responsible for Preparing Export Invoices, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, GSP, Documents For RODTEP Scheme, Bank Documents. OM Bills and communicating effectively within the department process. Pre-shipment & Post shipment documentations, Proforma Invoice preparations as per instructions.

Candidate must be able to execute precise and perfect work. This is an offline job with 6 days working.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
- Strong knowledge of “export-import documentation” and procedures.
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS, HS codes, and international shipping terms.
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
