Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Assistant Professor in Sustainability Management at Symbiosis Institute of International Business. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching organizational behavior, curriculum development, conducting research, and marketing courses. They will also be expected to engage in curriculum development and participate in academic and administrative activities of the institute, fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Ph.D. in a related field is required
- Relevant Experience
- Knowledge in subjects related to Sustainability Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong skills in Organizational Behavior and University Teaching
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive academic environment
