Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain deep insights into user needs and pain points.
- Design visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces, with a focus on complex dashboards and data visualizations.
- Develop detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless implementation and maintain design integrity.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across the product experience.
- Act as a strong advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally within SaaS or B2B product environments.
- Proven ability to design engaging and highly usable interfaces.
- Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and accessibility best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in data visualization and designing for complex dashboards is highly desirable.
