Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Sales located in Navi Mumbai. The Assistant Manager - Sales will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities, developing sales strategies, leading a team, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
- Strong understanding of ICT products and services, including system integration, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and strategies
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales performance
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the ICT industry is a plus
