About the Role:

We're looking for a Middle Mile
Assistant Manager
to join our team full-time and on-site in
#Mumbai
. In this role, you'll work closely with the Ops Head, Program Manager, Warehouse Team, Vendors and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations in middle-mile operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage fleet plans
  • Oversee vehicle dispatch and ensure on-time deliveries
  • Optimize fleet efficiency and performance
  • Coordinate with warehouse and store teams for seamless operations
  • Monitor vendor performance
  • Drive cost optimization, process improvements, and strategic initiatives
  • Lead and manage operational teams

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehousing
  • Hands-on expertise in Replenishment or Logistics operations
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination capabilities
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
