The Role We're looking for a Project Manager Client Accounts who can be equal parts chaos coordinator and relationship whisperer. Someone who can: - Translate messy briefs into sharp actions. - Keep the studio buzzing without losing control of the timeline. - Handle the dreaded 11th-hour Can we just tweak this without flinching. - Make sure the clients are calm, the creatives are happy, and the work is magic. What You'll Do - Own projects end-to-end: briefs, budgets, timelines, deliverables. - Keep clients engaged, aligned, and excited. - Rally the design, video, and content crew like a conductor with a wild orchestra. - Track projects using Slack, Sheets, Notion, or whatever makes you faster. - Juggle multiple accounts without losing the spark. - Balance process with play because work should feel alive. What You Bring - 3+ years in project/client management (preferably agency-side). - A knack for clarity you simplify the complicated. - Deadline discipline, with respect for creative flow. - Hybrid mindset: part relationship-builder, part process hawk. - Resilient, proactive, and thriving in organized chaos. - Based in Gurgaon.
